We currently do not have a physical store but we do have plans for physical stores in the future – so stay tuned!

We are processing orders as normal during the pandemic. And as of now, there are zero interruptions. In any case there is a problem, we will be sure to notify you through email.

ORDERS

We accept most payment methods online on our website including - Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

We have partnered with Stripe, one of the world’s largest SSL compliant payment gateways to protect potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and credit/debit card details. Information passed between your computer or mobile phone and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.

When you browse through our online store, you may do so in your own international currency. However, our default prices are sent in CAD and therefore, the price will be automatically converted to CAD during the checkout process.

We use the most recent exchange rate while converting between currencies.

After placing your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation page which will provide you with an order number.

The details of your order including the order number will also be emailed to you to the email address you provided while ordering. If you are unable to find the order confirmation email, please be sure to check your spam folder.

Absolutely. After an order is placed and confirmed on our website, you will be receiving an order confirmation email with the details of your order. If you don’t see the email in your inbox or your spam folder within 30 minutes of placing your order, please reach out to us at support@frenionline.com.

We start processing your shipment right after an order is placed. So unfortunately, it is not possible to adjust any details after an order has been placed.

We ensure to make sure your order arrives as soon as possible and start processing the items right after an order has been placed. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed.

We sincerely apologize if you have received an incorrect or damaged item. Please reach out to us at support@frenionline.com along with your order number and any details you might have about the incorrect or damaged item and we’ll do our best to resolve this issue for you.

Unfortunately, we do not process exchanges at this time. However, you are able to return that you ordered and place a new order with an item of your choice.

To return an item, please email us at returns@frenionline.com and we will guide you through the free return process and provide you with a return label.

We usually stock items from our latest collection within a few weeks. If you sign up for our email newsletter, we’ll be sure to notify you when an item is back in stock.

We offer worldwide shipping, regardless of where we are located around the globe. If you have any difficulty with the checkout process, please contact us at support@frenionline.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.

We offer free shipping on orders of $150CAD or more. For more details, view our shipping rates here.

All our orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Toronto, Canada.

There will be no duties or any other taxes imposed on your orders if they are shipped within the United States or Canada. International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer.

We offer a 14-day return policy for a complete refund for your purchase. If 14 days have passed, you may return the items within 30 days for the order date for store credit.
