We understand that you're tempted to try FRENI's flagrant designs right after you made your purchase on our website. We are just as delighted and thrilled as you are. For this reason, we try our best to package and ship out your flagrant pieces as quickly as possible.

CANADA

All orders to Canada are shipped on the same day (except Sundays) as long as the order is placed before 5PM EST / 2PM PST.

We use carriers based on the fastest shipping time to your address. Therefore, shipping carriers may vary. 

* 95% of orders arrive within 2 days of placing your order. In some instances, it might take an additional day or two. 

* Orders to Ontario arrive the following day if an order is placed within the cutoff time of 5PM EST / 2PM PST. Sundays excluded.

USA

All orders to the USA are shipped on the same day (except Sundays) as long as the order is placed before 5PM EST / 2PM PST.

We use carriers based on the fastest shipping time to your address. Therefore, shipping carriers may vary. 

* 95% of orders arrive within 2 days of placing your order. In some instances, it might up to 5 days depending on your location.  

EU & UK

All orders to the EU and UK are shipped on the same day (except Sundays) as long as the order is placed before 5PM EST / 2PM PST.

We use either DHL or FedEx based on the fastest shipping time to your address. Therefore, the shipping carrier may vary between the two. 

REST OF THE WORLD

All orders to the rest of the world are shipped on the same day (except Sundays) as long as the order is placed before 5PM EST / 2PM PST.

We use either DHL or FedEx based on the fastest shipping time to your address. Therefore, the shipping carrier may vary between the two. 

NOTE FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All deliveries are stated in days excluding Sundays. 

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package gets to the destination country, and are the responsibility of the customer.

All international orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL. Please note that FRENI is not responsible for any delays caused by FedEx or. DHL, especially during high volume seasons. However, the estimated delivery times provided above are quite reliable. 

We do not currently ship orders to PO or APO boxes via international postage at this time. 

Returns.

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the order date.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact our Return Center at info@freni.ca within 30 days of your order date to initiate a return. We'll provide a prepaid return label — no cost to you.

Please keep in mind that, in order for us to be able to accept your return, it must meet the below requirements:

• The item should be in the original condition with all the tags still attached.
• The item should be unwashed.
• The item should absolutely have no marks or stains, such as make up. 
• The item must be returned to us within 30 days from Order Date.

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Return shipping is free. Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label to print and attach to your package.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll take full responsibility. Email info@freni.ca with a photo, and we’ll send a replacement or offer a refund — your choice.

Refunds.

If all the return requirements above are met, you are eligible for a full refund if:

• You notify us at info@freni.ca that you would like to return the item and have the refund processed within 30 days from Order Date.
• The item is returned within 30 days from Order Date. 

The refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your statement.

If the item is received after 30 days from Order Date, we unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund for your purchase. In that case, we will offer you a store credit.

A FRENI store credit will be emailed you in the form of a gift card, which you may use for a future order. Store credits are valid for 12 months.
